Willow Creek is the easternmost town we serve regularly, about 50 minutes east of Arcata along Highway 299, past the redwoods. The drive is scenic and the work is worth it. Willow Creek's inland climate is meaningfully different from coastal Humboldt and that changes a lot of material decisions.
Willow Creek sits at the confluence of the Trinity and South Fork Trinity Rivers, well inland from the coast. Summers are warmer and drier than the rest of our service area, and the homes here reflect that, less concern about salt air and constant moisture, more focus on UV resistance and temperature swings. Wood siding performs better here than on the coast, and we adjust material recommendations accordingly.
Willow Creek is about 50 minutes east of Arcata via Highway 299. We make the trip regularly.
We bring the same approach to every Willow Creek project, careful prep, the right materials for the conditions, and a finish that holds up.
