Vinyl, fiberglass, and wood-clad windows from trusted brands, installed with the flashing and weatherproofing that determines whether they leak in five years or perform for thirty.
A great window installed into a poorly-prepared opening will leak. A solid mid-range window installed into a properly-flashed opening will outperform it. We spend most of our installation time on the parts of the job nobody sees: sill pans, flashing, weather barrier integration, and shimming for square.
Whether you're replacing a single failing window or doing a whole-house window package, the approach is the same, measure carefully, prep the opening properly, install square, and seal it correctly.
Pricing varies by project size and material, but the scope below is standard. We don't unbundle the parts that protect the house.
Measure twice. Document any rot or framing issues at the existing opening. Price repair work before ordering.
Vinyl, fiberglass, or wood-clad, each has trade-offs in cost, longevity, and look. We'll help you pick based on your home and exposure.
Strip existing window. Address any rot. Install a proper sill pan and integrate flashing into the existing weather barrier.
Set square, shim correctly, fasten per manufacturer spec. Insulate around the frame without overpacking and bowing the jamb.
Exterior trim integrated with the siding. Interior casing, sill, and finish work, or coordination with your finish carpenter.
Walk through every window with you, confirm smooth operation, and document the manufacturer warranty paperwork.
A whole-house window package where the work that mattered happened before any glass went in. We stripped each opening, addressed the rot we found, set proper sill pans, and tied new flashing into the existing weather barrier. Then the windows went in square and sealed. The finished windows look clean. The reason they will not leak is everything that happened at the opening first.
